from Médoc
Our red wine is a must in Médoc, appreciated by amateurs. The wine immediately seduces with a deep ruby color and an elegant nose with fine notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, the frank attack reveals a round and racy wine with delicious aromas of fruit and vanilla on tannins well melted, ample and velvety.
Our white wine, le Cygne, is sold under the appelation Bordeaux because there is no white Médoc (by definition Médoc is a red wine!). On young vintages, we appreciate the depth of citrus aromas and apricot and passion fruit and then we find these same aromas in the mouth with a bright mouth both fresh and lively.

The mouth is full, balanced and airy. A mastered acidity, punctuated by a rich and complex aromatic palette, with floral and fruity notes.

Black fruit notes with cassis and blackberry, followed by empyromatic fragrances that vary between vanilla and roasting.
